Protein A patent-landscape dataset: final records

This Excel workbook contains 175 patent records compiled for a patent-landscape analysis of Protein A variants and their engineering applications. Each row represents one patent record retained in the working dataset. The workbook includes the patent publication number, publication year, priority year used for the time-based analysis, and English title. In this dataset, the column “Application Year” refers to the earliest priority year used for the analysis and should not be interpreted as a verified application-filing year. “Patent Code” is the publication number used to identify each record. The dataset is provided to support the accompanying review article. It is not intended to serve as a legal-status, patent-validity, or freedom-to-operate assessment. Individual records should be checked against the relevant official patent register when formal bibliographic or legal information is required. The English titles are retained from the working dataset, and any third-party database rights remain with the respective rights holders.
