Molecular dynamics simulation data for GH35 rice β-galactosidases1

This dataset contains molecular dynamics (MD) simulation files associated with the study of full-length and C-terminal-truncated rice β-galactosidases 1 (OsBGal1 and OsBGal1ΔCter). The simulations were performed for 100 ns using GROMACS 2023 with CHARMM36 force field parameters.
