Flash Droughts Amplify Maize Yield Losses Through Intensified Atmospheric Aridity

This repository contains the source data and Python scripts used to reproduce the main figures in the manuscript. The folders fig1, fig2, fig3, and fig4 correspond to Figures 1–4, respectively. Each folder includes the source data underlying the corresponding main figure, together with the Python code used for data processing and figure generation. All scripts were written in Python. To reproduce each figure, run the Python script in the corresponding folder. The required source data files are stored in the same folder as the script. The main Python packages required include pandas, numpy, matplotlib, scipy, statsmodels, and seaborn where applicable.
