Following a thorough risk assessment, and in order to fully protect stakeholders involved in human rights interventions related to return policies, the full dataset has not been made publicly available on Zenodo. The risks include, but are not limited to: the wide spectrum of stakeholders interviewed and their positionality within highly politicized human rights contexts; sensitivities linked to EU funding dependencies; the high recognizability of certain profiles, particularly monitors, who are few in number within specific country contexts; and third countries voices, funding allocation, internal criticisms, and oversight.
