README:Raw Data of All Figures, Tables and Images Title:The gut–brain axis in growth hormone deficiency: fecal microbiota transplantation reveals microbiota-driven white matter alterations mediated by GH/IGF-1 signaling Authors Xingtong Lin (E-mail:linxingtong98@163.com) Chuhan Xiong (E-mail:charleyxiong@zju.edu.cn) Last updated on 2026/3/27 1. Overview This dataset contains the raw and processed data underlying all figures and tables presented in the manuscript. The data are organized to facilitate reproducibility and allow independent verification of the results. All files are provided in open formats (e.g.,.csv, .txt, .fastq). All documents and statistical charts: 'G' and 'GHD' refer to the GHD (growth hormone deficiency) group; 'N' and 'HC' refer to the HC (health control) group; 'S' and 'ISS' refer to the ISS (idiopathic short stature) group. The ‘1’ in 'G1', 'N1', 'S1' stands for 3 weeks of age; The ‘2’ in 'G2', 'N2', 'S2' stands for 6 weeks of age; The ‘3’ in 'G3', 'N3', 'S3' stands for 6 weeks of age. 2. File Structure The data are arranged into folders corresponding to each figure or table, or aggregated by data type, including figures, code, images, and all CSV metadata files for statistical analysis. The first row of each CSV file contains the corresponding figure number from the article, and each CSV file includes both the raw data and the statistical analysis results. The folder titled “Original Image” contains the raw images from all immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence experiments described in the article. 3. Data Description by Figure/Table File 1: Rawdata _tDKI GHD/HC/ISS _3/6/9w: The subfolders for each subject’s data are named with numbers corresponding to the MRI imaging sequences; the ‘pdata’ folder contains the raw DICOM image data. ‘denoise_PGSE’ contains the files after noise reduction preprocessing. The corresponding post-processing code can be found in the ’File 2 : Rawdata’. Run ‘Step1_ScanList.m’, ‘Step2_PGSE_tDKI_wz.m’, and ‘Step3_Statistics.m’ sequentially. The required resources are included in the ‘function’ folder. Statistical analysis yields water exchange times and relevant diffusion parameters.
