Exosomal miR-128-3p reversed fibrinogen-mediated inhibition of oligodendrocyte progenitor cell differentiation and remyelination after cerebral ischemia by targeting BMP signaling

To understand the mechanism by which fibrinogen inhibits OPC differentiation after ischemia and identify the precise target for reversing fibrinogen’s effects, OPCs were used for mRNA sequencing analysis. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control OPCs and fibrinogen tretment OPCs.
