RNA sequencing data of CDO1 overexpression in human breast cancer cell lines MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7

We performed RNA-Seq analysis to enrich KEGG pathway for differentially abundant genes induced by CDO1 in BC cells stably expressing CDO1. We found that CDO1 inhibited PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and activated P53 signaling pathway in BC cells. The PI3K/AKT signaling pathway is well-known for its importance in cell proliferation, apoptosis, glucose metabolism, and a variety of other physiological processes.
