The data consist of simulations of the carbon cycle in the terrestrial ecosystems of China from 2015 to 2100, using the Community Earth System Model (CESM) under the SSP3-7.0 scenario. The SSP3-7.0 scenario represents a high-emission pathway, characterized by regional rivalry and slow progress in climate mitigation, leading to rising greenhouse gas emissions. The dataset includes variables such as net primary production (NPP), soil carbon stocks, vegetation carbon, and carbon fluxes between the atmosphere and land. These simulations provide insights into how land-use changes and climate change under this scenario affect carbon dynamics over time, specifically within China's terrestrial ecosystems.
本数据集包含2015年至2100年中国陆地生态系统碳循环的模拟结果,模拟基于SSP3-7.0情景下的通用地球系统模式(Community Earth System Model,CESM)完成。SSP3-7.0情景属于高排放发展路径,其特征为区域竞争激烈、气候减缓行动推进缓慢,由此导致温室气体排放量持续上升。数据集涵盖净初级生产力(net primary production,NPP)、土壤碳储量、植被碳储量以及大气与陆地间的碳通量等变量。本模拟结果可用于解析该情景下土地利用变化与气候变化如何随时间影响中国陆地生态系统的碳动态过程。
