1.数据采集:从企业销售平台的订单系统中采集连续特定期间内的销售订单商品数据,包括商品名称、规格、数量、实际金额、支付时间、仓库名称;
2.数据处理:1)按“商品名称+规格”为维度分组,统计每组的累计销量(同一商品的数量求和)、总实际金额(同一商品的实际金额求和),并按“支付时间”的“日/周”维度拆分数据,形成“商品维度-时间维度”的基础数据单元;2)剔除“同一支付时间+同一商品名称+同一规格”的重复订单记录,对“实际金额”字段的缺失值,通过“商品单价×数量-让利金额”(取自表头字段)补全;3)将分组后的数据与表头“仓库名称”关联,标注每个商品对应的发货仓储信息,最终形成包含商品名称、规格、累计销量、总实际金额、统计时间(日/周)、仓库名称的结构化销售数据集合;
3.数据应用:基于该结构化销售数据集合,可分析各仓库商品动销效率以优化分仓补货计划,同时依据周度销量波动调整商品上架优先级,精准匹配市场需求节奏。
1. Data Collection: Collect sales order item data within a continuous specified period from the order system of the enterprise sales platform, including product name, specification, quantity, actual amount, payment time, and warehouse name;

Data Processing: 1) Group by the dimension of "product name + specification", calculate the cumulative sales volume (sum of quantities of the same product) and total actual amount (sum of actual amounts of the same product) for each group, split the data by the "day/week" dimension of payment time, and form basic data units of "product dimension-time dimension"; 2) Remove duplicate order records with the same payment time, same product name and same specification; for missing values in the "actual amount" field, fill them with "product unit price × quantity - concession amount" (extracted from the header field); 3) Associate the grouped data with the "warehouse name" in the header, mark the shipping warehouse information corresponding to each product, and finally form a structured sales data set including product name, specification, cumulative sales volume, total actual amount, statistical time (day/week), and warehouse name;
3. Data Application: Based on this structured sales data set, it can be used to analyze the product sales turnover efficiency of each warehouse to optimize warehouse-specific replenishment plans, adjust product listing priorities according to weekly sales volume fluctuations, and accurately match the rhythm of market demand.
