Included in this zipped folder, you will find functions to plot all the figures from our manuscript. Each function is making use of data stored in the three subfolders, each one corresponding to simulations based on different k values (see Methods). Within each subfolder, you will find stored files with their name having the following structure: E_efficacy_B_inputbias.mat.
