Minutes of the 102nd IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 15 February 2024 via teleconference. Topics included updates on ANBI status and related statute amendments, planning for the 2024 General Assembly and member town halls, and appointments to the Code of Conduct Working Group and the Advisory Committee on Cultural Heritage. Preparations for the IFLA Information Futures Summit and the WLIC 2025 review were also discussed.
