Ciliate Lineage-Specific Gene Families

Multisequence codon alignments of inferred lineage-specific gene families from ciliates, an ancient clade of microeukaryotes. To encompass the diversity of ciliates, these data largely derive from single-cell transcriptomes and the limited number of available annotated whole genomes.
