Data supporting "Nanoemulsions obtained via bubble-bursting at a compound interface"

The data set includes the results shown in figure 1c and d, figure 3 and 4c and e of the published manuscript. Specifically, the data for the dynamic light scattering measurement for hexadecane droplet size, the oil droplet size stability, influence of oil thickness, bubble diameter (changed by the injection pressure and needle diameter), viscosity of oil and carbon number of the oil on the size of the nano-sized droplets, the dynamic light scattering measurement for petroleum dispersal and polymeric submicrometre particles. All data are carried out at the lab scale.
