TravelTime

TravelTime is a set of tools that add additional powerful geospatial capabilities to Snowflake. They enable different features of the [TravelTime](https://traveltime.com/) API to be accessed directly from within Snowflake, allowing users to search, filter, and match locations using travel times rather than straight line distances. <p><br/></p> ## Functionality Core functionality: - [Travel Time Matrices](https://traveltime.com/apis/distance-matrix) - calculate the travel times and true distances between millions of locations at once - [Isochrones](https://traveltime.com/apis/isochrones) - generate reachable areas around locations based on a maximum travel time This core functionality is available at scale for all modes of transport including Driving, Public Transit, Walking, and Cycling. Additional functionality: - Geocoding - convert an address into lat-long coordinates - Reverse Geocoding - convert lat-long coordinates into an address <p><br/></p> ## Example Use Cases - Power dynamic route optimisation solutions for last-mile delivery, gig economy workers, and fleet management - Build location strategies around store planning, site selection, and market analysis - Improve matching of users with jobs, properties, temporary work shifts, and anything else that they will need to travel to <p><br/></p> ## Trial and Subscription Information You can start using the full capabilities of TravelTime in Snowflake with a free trial.
