FHV, DCV and Wolbachia titers calculated using in-situ quantification

Column headers correspond to the type of host (Species), the Wolbachia infection status (Wolbachia status), type of tissue (Tissue), how many days post infection the tissue was dissected and analyzed (dpi), area of the tissue (Area), total integrated density of the signal in tissue (IntDen), Calculated total cell fluorescence (CTCF) and the channel corresponding to virus or Wolbachia lables (Channel).
