Code for: "Predicting the Onset of Delirium on Hourly Basis in an Intensive Care Unit Following Cardiac Surgery"

This is R code for hourly models predicting the onset of delirium in the ICU, following cardiac surgery. The code shows how (1) the laboratory and delirium data was prepared for prediction, (2) how the training and testing tests were achieved based on experiments, (3) how the prediction models were developed, and (4) how the performance measures were calculated. The code was produced for Linda Lapp's PhD Thesis and publication for Computer Based Medical Systems (CBMS) 2022 conference proceedings (https://2022.cbms-conference.org/).
