Drosophila Orchard Mesocosm Food and Micriobiome Manipulation

This database contains short reads from whole-genome sequencing conducted on pools of Drosophila melanogaster collected from an outdoor mesocosm at the University of Pennsylvania (Schmidt Lab) in 2020. The food source in the mesocosm was manipulated to generate treatments of distinct nutrient availabilitie and as resident microbial communities. Samples collected from four treatments, at five monthly time point intervals.
