This dataset is part of an experiment conducted by Théo de Pinho and Lana Sinapayen to test the open-endedness of the Tree of Life Simulation, an artificial life software.The experiment follows the procedure proposed by Alastair Channon (Keele University, United Kingdom) in his 2024 paper "A Procedure for Testing for Tokyo Type 1 Open-Ended Evolution."The files are organized as follows:there are twenty folders, one for each runFiles whose names contain "SummaryIndividuals" store information about dead agentsFiles whose names contain "predation" store information about predationPopulation.csv stores the demographyRealMapDeltas.csv and ShadowMapDeltas.csv store the deltas (i.e. the evolutionary activity increments) of the real model and the shadow model, respectively
