Comparisons of reciprocal crosses within DABC and PVGBC populations.

Weight and clinical EAE phenotypes were compared between reciprocal backcrosses to assess global differences. In DABC, F1xDA males (DA Y chromosome) were significantly different from DAxF1 males (PVG Y chromosome), while there were no differences between other reciprocal pairs. The mean value is given with standard deviation in parenthesis. aFisher's Exact Test, bStudent's t-test, p-values ≤0.05 were considered significant.
