Share of returning skiers for their next skiing holiday 2014-2017, by country

This statistic displays the results of a survey on the share of skiers likely to return to the same country for their next skiing holiday from 2014 to 2017, by country. The survey was conducted via email and gathered data from 10,954 skiers, 1,501 non-skiers and more than 40 organizations, including tour operators, travel providers, equipment retailers and tourist boards. In 2017, it was found that 69 percent of the skiers were likely to return to France for their next skiing holiday. Only 44 percent of respondents who skied in Italy, stated that they were likely to return there for their next skiing holiday.
