Data and code for: Landscapes heavily impacted by human activities amplify climate sensitivity of Aleppo pine growth

This repository contains the data and R scripts supporting the manuscript “Landscapes heavily impacted by human activities amplify climate sensitivity of Aleppo pine growth”. The deposit includes raw tree-ring measurements, site metadata, derived anthropogenic proxy data, extracted site-level CHELSA climate and SPEI-12 data, processed analytical datasets, R scripts, final figures, and figure-support files required to reproduce the analyses. The original gridded CHELSA-W5E5 and CHELSA Drought Indices files, as well as the official Apulia Region land-use source layers, are not redistributed because they are public external datasets. The deposited files include the derived site-level data used in the analyses.
