This whole genome sequencing study aims to characterize the genomic features of a clinical Acinetobacter baumannii isolate isolated from tracheal aspirate exhibiting strong biofilm formation capacity. The genome sequence will facilitate the identification of virulence factors, antibiotic resistance determinants, and biofilm-associated genes, contributing to our understanding of A. baumannii pathogenicity and hospital persistence. This data will expand the genomic database available for comparative genomic analyses within the Acinetobacter baumannii species complex and support future studies on bacterial adaptation in healthcare settings.
