MODERN METHODS OF OSTEOSYNTHESIS FOR MANDIBULAR FRACTURES

Mandibular fractures account for a significant proportion of all facial skeletal injuries and require adequate surgical treatment to restore the anatomical integrity and functional activity of the dentofacial system. This study conducted a comparative analysis of modern osteosynthesis methods in 12 patients treated at Meridian clinics. Clinical and radiographic results, complication rates, and bone fragment consolidation times were assessed.
