Artifact Package for "When Risk-Taking Is Collaboration: Psychological Safety and Interactional Behaviors in Pair Programming"
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the replication package for the paper “When Risk-Taking Is Collaboration: Psychological Safety and Interactional Behaviors in Pair Programming”, accepted at the XXV Brazilian Symposium on Software Quality (SBQS 2026). The package documents the qualitative analysis of 69 interaction episodes and 79 occurrences of interpersonal risk-taking behaviors across eight sessions from eight companies represented in the PP-ind corpus. The analysis examines behavior categories, partner responses, task progression, and interactional indicators consistent with psychological safety. These indicators are contextual interpretations of observed interactions, rather than direct measurements of participants’ perceptions or shared beliefs. The materials include the associated paper, codebook, detailed analysis matrix with selected excerpts and analytical justifications, machine-readable data, worked coding examples, descriptive results, and a Python script for data validation and reproduction of the result tables. Documentation and standardized labels are in English; detailed analytical records and selected excerpts are provided in Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR). The complete package is available as a ZIP archive, with key materials also provided individually for direct consultation. Changes and improvements introduced in version 1.1 are documented in CHANGELOG.md, available both within the ZIP archive and separately in this record. The artifact authors’ original contributions are licensed under the MIT License. Third-party PP-ind materials retain their original rights and applicable terms and are not relicensed by this package.
