Haplotype-resolved nuclear genome assemblies and associated resources for mating-type locus analyses in Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici DK02d_12 (PstS8) and P. striiformis f. sp. hordei NP85002 (Psh). The dataset includes genome assemblies, phylogenetic tree files, mating-type locus coding sequences, and regional GFF3 coordinate files containing predicted gene and transposable element features used as annotation tracks for PR locus synteny visualization. The Pst104E PR locus files are included as a reference for comparative synteny analysis. 1.
