The past, present, and future of lizards` vulnerability to climate change

Script to run biophysical models using the package 'NicheMapR` in R environment. The script calculates the body temperatures of lizards based on two climatic forcing data (TerraClimate and ERA5). <br> The models are parametrised using the dataset available in 'Table S1.csv`. The dataset includes information about thermal physiology (critical thermal maximum, thermal preference), body mass, substrate affinity (e.g., arboreal, terrestrial), activity time (diurnal, nocturnal, cathemeral) and geographic location (latitude/longitude) of lizards worldwide.
