Data underlying Ph.D. thesis: Large set of graphs and timeseries of supply chain simulation model

This data is part of the Ph.D. thesis of Isabelle M. van Schilt, Delft University of Technology.<br>Data includes the time series data of the synthetic counterfeit PPE supply chain discrete event simulation model. This time series data is used for the paper of structural uncertainty and the quality diversity (QD) algorithm.<br>Also, the data includes the decision variables dictionary for both papers. These are two dictionaries in .pkl format that include 40.000 randomly generated graphs with real-world port data for the case study. One dictionary is sorted on betweenness, and the other (QD) on the density of the network. Following, a database example of 50.000 randomly generated graphs (without real-world data) has been included in this data.

本数据集隶属于代尔夫特理工大学Isabelle M. van Schilt的博士学位论文。数据集包含基于合成假冒个人防护装备（Personal Protective Equipment, PPE）供应链离散事件仿真模型生成的时序数据，该时序数据可用于结构不确定性与质量多样性（Quality Diversity, QD）算法相关研究论文。此外，本数据集还包含两篇论文所用的两份决策变量字典：二者均采用.pkl格式存储，收录了40000张基于真实港口数据生成的随机图，用于本次案例研究；其中一份字典以介数中心性（betweenness）为排序依据，另一份则以网络密度为排序依据，对应质量多样性（QD）算法的研究场景。除此之外，本数据集还附带一份包含50000张无真实世界数据的随机图的示例数据库。
