Zipped archive allowing reproduction of the results in the associated paper, in which we fit different models of microbiome recovery to experimental data from individuals receiving antibiotics. <br>This archive contains all the analysis code (R and Stan); data files of reanalyzed datasets; and an Rmarkdown file (with associated cache) reproducing all main results figures in the paper. <br><br>N.B.
