VerityData's Unusual Events database isolates statistically notable activity found across our datasets. We have over 150 event types categorized as Buy, Sell, Management Change and Buyback (ATM).<br/><br/>Our most popular events include:<br/>**Buy/Sell Reversal** - An insider who is buying (selling) for the first time after the same insider had previously sold (bought) stock.<br/>**Cessation of Selling** - Cessation of selling activity.<br/>**Low-Priced Buyback w/Buying** - Identifies when the company is making a large quarterly buyback at one of the lowest prices in the last eight quarters AND has notable insider buying (before or after the buyback update).<br/>**High-Priced Buyback w/Selling** - Identifies when the company is making a large quarterly buyback at one of the highest prices in the last eight quarters AND has notable insider selling (before or after the buyback update).
