This dataset contains high-resolution layer-fMRI data (VASO and BOLD) acquired on the NexGen 7T scanner during an autobiographical memory retrieval task.
Experimental Design: In autobiographical memory (AM) blocks, participants pressed a button after deciding on a memory. In mental arithmetic (MA) blocks, participants pressed a button after solving a simple mathematical problem and then iteratively added 3 to the result.
Sequence Details: VASO fMRI. The functional runs are interleaved nulled and not-nulled volumes. These have been split into separate files (cbv, bold).
Scanner: NexGen 7T at UC Berkeley
Preprocessing Notes: MP2RAGE have been had their noisy backgrounds and bias fields removed (https://github.com/srikash/MPRAGEise) and anonymized (https://github.com/poldracklab/pydeface). Functional files have two noise volumes at the end, suited for NORDIC denoising.
