This study aimed at elucidating the biotic components of crop decline affecting kiwifruit orchards. It was carried out in four orchards. Soil health was assessed with in-pot growth tests using kiwifruit plantlets. At the end of the assay, besides growth response, root endophytic fungi and rhizosphere bacterial communities were evaluated.
