Deadwood arthropod diversity across differing wood-types and Cryptocercus punctulatus abundances (Giles Co, VA)

CSV that contains macroarthropod (>2mm) community data (order- and family-level) collected from 26 logs sampled from 3 montane mixedwoods sites in Giles County, Virginia; used to analyze community diversity and structure responses to log type (hardwood/softwood) and abundance of wood-feeding cockroach Cryptocercus punctulatus. Organized row-wise by log number (50-52, 56-60, 63-82) with columns for log type (hardwood, HW, and softwood, SW), log size and volume data, abundance of each unique taxon, and abundance of sampled C. punctulatus. R script and RData file that contains steps for data analysis (using GLMs/ANOVAs to analyze community diversity and Bray-Curtis dissimilarity/PERMANOVA for community structure) and all generated objects.
