Retinal Pigment Epithelium (RPE) Intensity Stacks

This item contains intensity stacks of cells, nuclei, and organelles.<b>Dataset description:</b>The dataset contains images of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells derived from 16 isogenic iPSC lines expressing proteins tagged with a fluorophore.<br>Each cell line was seeded in a row of a 96-well plate. For every row:Well numbers 02 to 06 – Cells treated with PGE2Well numbers 07 to 11 – Cells treated with HPI4<br>Six fields of view were acquired within each well with no tile overlap. 本数据集包含细胞、细胞核及细胞器的强度堆叠图像。<b>数据集说明：</b>本数据集涵盖源自16株同基因诱导多能干细胞（induced pluripotent stem cell, iPSC）细胞系的视网膜色素上皮（retinal pigment epithelium, RPE）细胞图像，这些细胞系均表达带有荧光团（fluorophore）标签的蛋白。
每株细胞系被接种于96孔板的单排孔位中。针对每一排孔：
孔位02至06：经前列腺素E2（prostaglandin E2, PGE2）处理的细胞
孔位07至11：经HPI4处理的细胞

每个孔内采集6个无拼接重叠的视场，这些视场均匀分布于孔内，既未置于孔中心也未位于孔边缘，因为此类位置可能引入细胞表型偏差。
每株细胞系每周成像一次，连续四周（记为W1至W4）。

该Z堆叠图像包含三个成像通道：
– 肌动蛋白细胞骨架
– 核DNA
– 目标细胞器

体素尺寸为0.217 × 0.217 × 0.500 µm（xyz轴方向）。
