Target capture efficiently resolves the long-standing taxonomic dead end of Diachrysia moths

This is the dataset for the manuscript entitled "Target capture of 1,753 single-copy orthologs efficiently resolves the long-standing taxonomic dead end of Diachrysia moths. The Diachrysia cryptic moth complex has overlapping morphological characteristics, which complicates species identification and renders their status as separate species debatable. This study helps delimit the two species, namely Diachrysia chrysitis and Diachrysia stenochrysis, based on genomic data using the Target capture method.
