We performed ChIP-seq to analyze chromatin bindings of IRF4 transcription factor in cDC2. Overall design: Bone marrow-derived conventional cDCs were differentiated with Flt3 ligand and CD11c+ MHC II+ CD24- CD172a+ BST2- CD45RA- cDC2s were sort-purified. IRF4 ChIP-seq was performed to analyze IRF4 transcription factor chromatin bindings in the cDC2.
