Weight measurement of sample children (Quick Evaluation Study)

Anganwadi centre provides basic health care in Indian villages. It is a part of the Indian public health-care system. Basic health-care activities include contraceptive counseling and supply, nutrition education and supplementation, as well as pre-school activities. Weight measurement of children is used to measure malnutrition, Malnutrition is defined in three category first is Stunted, meaning the person has a low height for her age - an indication of chronic malnutrition over a long period of time, Second is Wasted, meaning the person has a low weight for her height - an indication of acute malnutrition in the child at present, third is Underweight, meaning the person has a low weight for her age - a indication of general malnutrition. This data contains the insight of weight measurement of children enrolled in Aganwadi Centers of different states and union territories.
