KEY DIRECTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMERCIAL BANKS

This article analyzes the main directions for the development of commercial banks. In particular, it examines the acceleration of digitalization processes in the banking system, improvement of customer-oriented services, effective risk management, strengthening of the capital base, and development of human resources. The importance of implementing green finance and sustainable development principles is also highlighted.
