This project contains SARS-CoV-2 data intended to be representative of the publicly available data within the ENA. Publicly archived reads from approximately 10,000 accessions were submitted to this project. The data within this project will be linked to a Data Hub, analysed by the VEO/EMBL-EBI COVID analysis pipelines and will be used to demonstrate the visualisations offered at EMBL-EBI through the CoVEO platform as well as the Nextstrain platform.
