Dataset of Environmental Boundary Conditions of Molecular Beacons for RNA-Targeting Fluorescence Labeling

This dataset systematically evaluated the hybridization stability, fluorescence intensity (FI), and quantitative analysis ability of molecular beacons (MBs) under different environmental physicochemical conditions. Molecular beacon is the core component of live cell RNA labeling technology FISH-TAMB. The dataset contains kinetic data and fluorescence response curves of hybridization between molecular beacons and target oligonucleotides under different temperature, pH, and ionic strength conditions.
