A single-cell atlas of human pulmonary hypertension

This dataset comprises single-cell RNA sequencing data from 235,621 cells and 21,977 genes, structured as an AnnData object. The observation metadata (obs) contains essential cell-level information, including sample and dataset origins, study identifiers, experimental groups, tissue types, and multi-level cell type annotations (e.g., anno_lv1, anno_lv2). It also includes quality control metrics such as counts of detected genes, total UMIs, mitochondrial and ribosomal gene percentages, and doublet predictions. The variable metadata (var) provides gene identifiers, biotype annotations (mitochondrial, ribosomal, hemoglobin), and statistics on gene expression across cells, including measures of variability used for feature selection.
