小区评级模型由三大评分维度组成：市场评分、区位评分和实体评分，加权求和计算出综合评分。根据综合评分将小区评级划分为A、B、C、D、E五个等级，A级小区的综合评价最高，最适合开展业务，其他评级的评价依次递减。
The Community Rating Model consists of three core scoring dimensions: market score, location score and physical score. The comprehensive score is calculated via weighted summation. Communities are categorized into five rating levels (A, B, C, D, E) based on their comprehensive scores. Communities with an A rating have the highest comprehensive evaluation and are the most suitable for business development, while the evaluation scores of communities with other ratings decrease sequentially.
