Do isolated trees affect tadpole community and secondary production in ponds in an impacted biodiversity hotspot?

This dataset contains information collected during an experiment conducted in 2021-2022 in the Atlantic Forest, Cachoeiras de Macacu, RJ, Brazil. The data include metrics of secondary production, biomass, and tadpole community density under three treatments: pools under isolated trees, near the forest edge, and in open pasture.
