Benchmark dataset for quantitative validation of Carbon K-edge soft X-ray spectroptychography This dataset contains the experimental data and analysis files used in the manuscript: "Quantitative Validation of Carbon K-edge Soft X-ray Spectroptychography Using Polymer Nanoparticle Reference Standards." The dataset provides the materials required to reproduce the quantitative comparison between experimentally reconstructed soft X-ray ptychography (SXP) images and independently calculated reference maps. The archive includes: Experimental STXM NEXAFS spectra acquired at the Carbon K-edge. Optical constants (β and δ) obtained from Kramers–Kronig transformation of the measured spectra. Reconstructed SXP phase and amplitude images. Calculated optical density (OD) and phase reference maps. Analytical thickness models used for the validation. Python analysis notebooks and helper functions used to generate the figures presented in the manuscript. Supporting code for the data for the blur and diameter sensitivity analyses. The dataset is intended as a benchmark for the quantitative evaluation of Carbon K-edge soft X-ray ptychography and may be used to validate reconstruction algorithms, image analysis workflows, and quantitative spectromicroscopy methods.
