AXIOLOGICAL LANDSCAPE OF ENGLISH AND UZBEK PAREMIAS: A COMPARATIVE-LINGUOCULTURAL ANALYSIS

This article provides a comparative analysis of the axiological characteristics of paremias in the English and Uzbek languages. Proverbs and sayings are examined as linguistic units that encapsulate the spiritual-ethical experience and social values of a nation. Through linguistic examples, the study illustrates how fundamental values such as "social relations," "family," and "labor" are evaluated within two distinct cultures. The findings indicate that axiological priorities are intrinsically linked to the historical-social experience and religious worldviews of the respective peoples.
