TIPE2, RELA(NF-κb p65), TNF-α, IL-10, IL-6, and IL-1β mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with psoriasis vulgaris

The present study intended to detect the expression levels of TIPE2 mRNA in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of psoriasis vulgaris patients and analyze the correlation between TIPE2 and other inflammatory cytokines variations in psoriasis vulgaris pathogenesis. Thirty-three patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 31 healthy volunteers were enrolled in the study. The mRNA expression of TIPE2, RELA(NF-κb p65), TNF-α, IL-10, IL-6, and IL-1β in PBMCs was determined using RT-qPCR. The severity of psoriasis vulgaris was determined according to the PASI(psoriasis area and severity index) score.

本研究旨在检测寻常型银屑病患者外周血单个核细胞（peripheral blood mononuclear cells，PBMCs）中TIPE2 mRNA的表达水平，并分析TIPE2与其他炎症细胞因子在寻常型银屑病发病机制中的变化相关性。本研究共纳入33例寻常型银屑病患者与31名健康志愿者。采用实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-qPCR）检测PBMCs中TIPE2、RELA（NF-κB p65）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）、白细胞介素-10（interleukin-10，IL-10）、白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6，IL-6）及白细胞介素-1β（interleukin-1β，IL-1β）的mRNA表达水平。依据银屑病面积与严重性指数（psoriasis area and severity index，PASI）评分评估寻常型银屑病的严重程度。
