RNA sequencing was used to identify gene expression changes in the pancreas of E13.5 Prox1-nullyzygous mouse embryos. The pancreas E13.5 control embryos (wildtype) and Prox1-nullyzygous embryos (Prox1 GFPCre/D) was dissected and pooled (each sample pool contained 5-6 individual pancreata; 3 "control" pools and 3 "mutant" pools were processed for RNA extraction using an RNAeasy Micro Kit (Qiagen). RNA quality was assesed using the Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer. Six sequencing libraries (3 "control" and 3 "mutant") were made usingTruSeq mRNA-Seq library prep. NextSeq high througput was used for sequencng.
