Reproducibility Package for a Bibliometric Analysis of Post-Intensive Care Syndrome Research (2012–2025)

This repository contains the reproducibility materials accompanying the manuscript entitled “Post-Intensive Care Syndrome Research Across the COVID-19 Era: A Bibliometric Analysis of Thematic Evolution and Visibility in Anaesthesiology-Category Journals (2012–2025)”. The repository includes processed aggregate datasets, source data for the principal figures, VOSviewer thesaurus files for author keywords, countries, and source titles, the full database search strategies, Python scripts used for thematic analysis and figure generation, software requirements, a citation file, and licensing information. The bibliographic records analysed in the study were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection, Scopus, and PubMed. Raw Web of Science and Scopus records are not redistributed because of provider licensing restrictions. The files provided here are intended to facilitate verification of the reported descriptive results and reproducibility of the thematic analyses and figures.
