Files in this path are the survey and model data in the study titled Changes in nutrient concentration resulting from floods and their impact on the estuary-sea continuum. <br> File 2017Discharge_SSC_DHG.xls is the discharge and suspended sediment concentration data at the Datong Hydrological Station. File sample information (Appendix).xlsx include all information and data in the three cruise survey. File tide_wind_hourly.NC is a NetCDF file output by model. The data from this file are in hourly temporal resolution, including wind field, tidal elevation, temperature, salinity, and SSC in the continuum. File modeldata.NC is a NetCDF file output by flood event simulating. The data include temperature, salinity, nitrate, phosphate, and Chl-a. File modeldata_clm.NC is a NetCDF file output by an ideal numerical experiment for comparing the difference between climatological phosphate concentration and flooding scenario.
