资源简介:

This repository contains the minimal reproducibility package accompanying the manuscript “Shared transcriptomic programmes characterize rupture and wall stress, whereas aneurysm size and thrombus show distinct patterns in abdominal aortic aneurysm”. The study integrates six publicly available human transcriptomic datasets to examine molecular programmes associated with abdominal aortic aneurysm rupture, regional wall stress, aneurysm size, intraluminal thrombus coverage, and cellular localization. The analysed datasets are available through NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus under accession numbers GSE98278, GSE57691, GSE232911, GSE205071, GSE226492, and GSE237230. This archive contains the custom R code used for the reported analyses, frozen transcriptomic programme definitions and gene membership, sample manifests, single-cell modelling definitions, selected endpoint-level derived inputs, and the final integration inputs used to construct the evidence architecture reported in the manuscript. Primary GEO data, large derived expression matrices, and third-party MSigDB gene-set files are not redistributed. These resources should be obtained from their original repositories under the applicable access and licensing conditions. The deposit is intended to document the study-specific analytical workflow and support reproducibility of the reported results. Complete result tables and supplementary figures are provided with the associated publication.
