数据集2的数据均来源于项目中的课题2承担单位中国纺织科学研究院有限公司、中纺院(天津)科技发展有限公司。
针对原液着色聚酯原位法连续聚合中试技术中现有反应器工程放大时容易导致色浆滞留与颜料沉积等问题,采用CFD计算机仿真模拟的研究方法,确定具有强化分散、低返混特点的高颜料浓度聚酯预聚体制备专用分步精确控制反应釜的结构参数,研制出 2000 吨/年原液着色聚酯连续聚合柔性试验线用分步精确控制反应釜中试装置;通过原液着色聚酯原位法连续聚合中试生产,验证分步精确控制反应釜的结构参数对高颜料浓度聚酯预聚体中超细颜料分散程度的影响,优化高颜料浓度聚酯预聚体柔性制备与在线添加高效分散工艺。基于计算机模拟结果和千吨级中试验证结果,研制出 10 万吨/年大容量生产线专用分步精确控制反应釜,开发高颜料浓度聚酯预聚体柔性制备与在线添加高效分散系统。

Dataset 2 is sourced from the undertaking units of Task 2 in the project, namely China Textile Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. and China Textile Institute (Tianjin) Technology Development Co., Ltd.
Aiming at the problems of color paste retention and pigment deposition easily occurring during the engineering scale-up of existing reactors in the pilot-scale technology for in-situ continuous polymerization of solution-dyed polyester, the CFD computer simulation method was adopted to determine the structural parameters of a stepwise precision-controlled reactor dedicated to preparing high-pigment-concentration polyester prepolymers with enhanced dispersion and low backmixing characteristics. A pilot-scale stepwise precision-controlled reactor for the 2000 t/a flexible experimental line of continuous polymerization of solution-dyed polyester was then developed.
Through pilot-scale production of in-situ continuous polymerization of solution-dyed polyester, the effect of the structural parameters of the stepwise precision-controlled reactor on the dispersion degree of ultrafine pigments in high-pigment-concentration polyester prepolymers was verified, and the flexible preparation and on-line addition efficient dispersion process for high-pigment-concentration polyester prepolymers was optimized.
Based on the computer simulation results and the thousand-ton-scale pilot-scale verification results, a stepwise precision-controlled reactor dedicated to the 100,000 t/a large-capacity production line was developed, and the flexible preparation and on-line addition efficient dispersion system for high-pigment-concentration polyester prepolymers was developed.
This dataset (2020YFB0311400-002 - Dataset for Preparation and On-line Addition Technology of High-Pigment-Concentration Polyester Prepolymers) mainly includes four categories of content: 1. Computer simulation data of the pilot-scale stepwise precision-controlled reactor for preparing high-pigment-concentration polyester prepolymers; 2.
